Alcade RUDAKEMWA

Dr Alcade RUDAKEMWA is a Consultan anesthesiologist at the Rwanda Military Hospital, scholar and researcher with interest in Obstetric anesthesia, global health andcritical care. He is a clinical lecturer at the University of Rwanda. He participated in the development of the Standards of Safe Anesthesia practice and Rwanda national list of essential drugs. His publications concentrate on bstetrics and critical care.
