Gashame Dona Fabiola

Dr Dona Fabiola Gashame is a high achiever who is committed to pursuing a career in Anesthesiology and research. She’s currently working at Kigali Teaching Hospital University (CHUK), as junior consultant. She is also coordinating BREATHE at CHUK , a clinical effectiveness trial of high flow versus standard flow oxygen for hypoxemic adults at five sites in Kenya, Malawi, and Rwanda. She finds this work very rewarding and considers it to be a wonderful experience that will help prepare her for her future career in improving critical care for patients in resource constrained settings..
